Not only did he keep it professional at all times, but he was able to get me in and out of the dealership expeditiously with the vehicle dealership! From start to finish, he always made sure to keep us informed on all of the vehicles we were interested in, he made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our vehicle selections by asking probing questions, and he spoke eloquently throughout our entire encounter.
