I had amazing service here other then not getting my second key. It was suppose to come with the hard tags never got it. I am paying for a brand new 2020 i should of got the second key i call everyday and i get the run around & now i am going to have to come out of my own pocket to get a key because i am having no luck with them. The shop cant work on my car without a key mind you my car payment is not cheap. More

don't go to Winchester Mitsubishi , they say they got you covered and know what their doing yet they gave me a car that a loan didn't go thru on but i was under the impression that it was mine to use especia covered and know what their doing yet they gave me a car that a loan didn't go thru on but i was under the impression that it was mine to use especially given the key and stuff to drive it off the lot . wel 2 weeks go by of me enjoying my new car & i get a call that the loan didn't go thru to return their property. i went down there and turned over the keys being under the impression i was getting a FULL REFUND of my 2,500 down payment or that they would find another bank to do the loan. that was Friday , now it's Tuesday and i still have no refund of my money & their now telling me that i'm not even getting the full amount due to the miles put on it because i thought it was mine to put miles on !!! & after them switching up multiple times of saying this or that once i got fed up and demanded my down payment they told me to have my attorney contact theirs and they wouldn't be giving me anything . way to scam a person who had no idea what the xxxx she was doing , may be my fault since i trusted them but i didn't think they'd pull some corrupt xxxx like this .
