I found a great 2023 Armada that was at Stone Mountain, they took good care of me and the process was fast, in and out under 2 hours which is not heard of when buying a new car. The transaction started out very positive, but did not feel that we were the top priority as Patrick stepped away a few times to greet other customers. I felt like our process was rushed on the front sid feel that we were the top priority as Patrick stepped away a few times to greet other customers. I felt like our process was rushed on the front side, then a long delay, the car was not fully detailed as expected due to the lateness of the close. Came back the next day pointed out a few issues car was taken back again and cleaned up. Had a call to discuss the scratches on the black plastic molding of the vehicle was told to bring it in and it would be fixed. Brought it back over the detail crew said it was in the paint, Patrick said bring it back over and we will take care of it. Brought it back the day agreed to, sat for an 1 1/2 only to hear that all the cars look that way. Very frustrated at this point. I will say when we brought the car back for the fix on the window tenting, Patrick fully ignored my husband, which is unacceptable. If I had to do this over again I would not. Very sad, as the first car purchased there not from Patrick was great and the service team is fantastic. More
