Both Patrick and Meena were very easy people to work with. They were not pushy at all. They presented all the facts and left the decision making up to me. They were very friendly, polite and courteous. Patrick tried to work with me to get me into the car that was the right fit for me. In the end I bought the car I wanted, the color I wanted with the features that I wanted. Patrick didn’t give up on me. After my first visit, he made sure to follow up with me the following day via text. He genuinely wanted to find the right car for me. In fact, it was for Patrick’s follow up that I went back the second day and was able to make the deal. Right now I love my Volvo. I had not driven a Volvo before in my life, this is my first time and I’m loving it. Thanks to Patrick and Meena for not giving up on me. More
