Since I am not local, the entire transaction was done via phone. Patrick was helpful during the sales process and responded as quickly as he was able. Patrick was able to arrange delivery quickly as well via phone. Patrick was helpful during the sales process and responded as quickly as he was able. Patrick was able to arrange delivery quickly as well. My biggest concern was the overall condition and cleanliness of the car. Upon delivery the car had several areas that needed to be cleaned and there was even a greasy hand print on the interior driver door handle. I expected better from Rusnak. More
