Pat Garrett & Josh Burkhardt were easy to work with—and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I do a lot of research on cars and call myself somewhat of a guru but they actually taught me so much. Nothing is more of a turn off than when you go to a dealer and you know more about the vehicle than your salesperson. This was not the case with Pat & Josh. We felt respected & taken care of. I just leased a new Chrysler 300S -- my first time leasing -- and I am very pleased. I have worked with Pat Garrett and O'Daniel''s with my last several 300C's and have always been extremely pleased. I have always trusted Pat because he listens to what I want and he knows I am looking for his best offer up front -- I don't like the haggling process. He has always been so helpful and always met my needs. Since I never leased before I needed his guidance in helping me make the comparison. His recommendations were extremely valuable. With Pat I have never felt he was "selling" me a car rather I always felt I was "buying" a car and he was just helping me do that -- to me there is a huge difference.
