We had an appointment for an oil change and wiper change. It took over 2.5 hours which is unacceptable. Will not go back for an oil change at the dealership. Our rep did not meet to discuss the oil change It took over 2.5 hours which is unacceptable. Will not go back for an oil change at the dealership. Our rep did not meet to discuss the oil change in person and did not keep us informed. Clearly over booked for service, you will continue to lose customers. We bought a car which we give both the salesperson and financial advisor 5 stars. Excellent to work with. We also had to have another appointment to have a key fob programmed. This also was a 5 star rating. More
