The Best Car-Buying Experience!!! Me and my husband traveled all the way from Chicago to buy our car from that dealership. We have totaled our car before that, and we were looking for Me and my husband traveled all the way from Chicago to buy our car from that dealership. We have totaled our car before that, and we were looking for the same car. Well, we found it there, so we put a deposit, and we went back there later, when we were ready to take it! They were awesome, and they kept it for us. Patrick was so great with us! We are definitely going back there, when I am ready to change my car! Amazing experience, and it cannot compare to any dealership in Chicago area by the quality of communication and service... :) More

First time BMW driver.... and very happy about it! My current vehicle lease was about up and I saw an article on the new BMW X1. I looked around, did some research and came in to look over and test My current vehicle lease was about up and I saw an article on the new BMW X1. I looked around, did some research and came in to look over and test drive one. I had some specific options on mind and would have had to order one which was not a problem. After my second test drive I came in and they were shooting a TV commercial for some service loaners. I asked the salesman if these were leasable. To my astonishment I could get a new X3 (service loaner in excellent +++ conditions with warranty and maintenance) for the same price as the X1 I was looking at and with more options! Now the X1 is nice, but the X3 : ) . Bothe the sales guys and the finance guy made it easy to make this deal on a wonderful car. I'm starting to save up for my next one right away. Win/Win Patrick and team worked with us all day long to turn a bad situation good. Another dealership had really put the screws to me a few years ago, and I h Patrick and team worked with us all day long to turn a bad situation good. Another dealership had really put the screws to me a few years ago, and I had made some less than brilliant decisions. Patrick offered a variety of solutions, and we walked through the positives and negatives of each. I cannot avoid paying for my past mistakes, but at least I can see an end to the madness, while driving away in a brand new BMW. It looks to me like everyone won here, and that should be how it works. Did I get anything for free? Of course not. (Coffee mugs and cake excluded) But we worked out a something that worked for everyone, which has not always been my experience when at a dealership. Props also to the service department, who really take care of their customers by presenting a complete picture with useful information. More
