Good News - Bad news. I gave been dealing with Holly, Fred Martin and the Nissan Maxima for many many years and have never been disappointed until now. I just purchased I gave been dealing with Holly, Fred Martin and the Nissan Maxima for many many years and have never been disappointed until now. I just purchased my leased Maxima through Holly - smooth as silk along with Josh. Bad news Nissan discontinued my Maxima. I’ve always had Maximas and they never disappointed. It’s a great solid performing vehicle. The best. I will never understand why this happened. So this will be my last time dealing with Nissan and unfortunately Fred Martin and his staff. If and when the Maxima returns, so will I. A bittersweet goodbye. Holly is also the best. A quality individual that I trust. Thank you for the many years of satisfaction I received from your product and people 👍😎 More

Pat in service is very rude! Called to check status on a vehicle in for service and was told my advisor Rich was out but he would look into it for me. Told me they were waiting o Called to check status on a vehicle in for service and was told my advisor Rich was out but he would look into it for me. Told me they were waiting on parts ( after being told the day before part was in stock) and couldn't give me an ETA. Spoke with someone in parts who told me part was in fact in stock and he would get with service to find out a status for me and call me back. Never received a call back. So 4 hours later I call back to see if there was any kind of update. Pat answers the phone again, before I even finish talking he rudely interrupts and says let me send you to Rich. Rich was less than pleasant talking to as well. All he could tell me was it might be finished by EOD. As a former service writer I found this to be very rude and unprofessional! I was appalled by the way they handled everything. From the time of write up through the whole process. Would not recommend! More
