I have brought my car for service for many years and I have always appreciated Mr. Navarro's expertise, friendliness, thoroughness with explaining the needs of the car, it's importance and cost. I now have a new car and I have brought it in to Mr. Navarro for some additional package plans to protect the car. Again, he has been thorough and has always treated me with respect. Best service and best deal for our family. I still can’t believe I’m driving a new Infiniti. I didn’t think it was remotely in my budget. I stumbled upon the dealership thinking I was going to I still can’t believe I’m driving a new Infiniti. I didn’t think it was remotely in my budget. I stumbled upon the dealership thinking I was going to honda to look at Pilots. Patrick took the time to explain so much to me, never talking down to me, or making me feel stupid. He convinced me to take a look at a luxury brand that I never thought I could afford. It turns out after looking at Toyota, Honda, Ford, GMC, Chevy, Volvo, and Volkswagen, Patrick and PJ at Infiniti offered us by far the best deal and best service. They were beyond patient with me and I’m so grateful. My husband and I have never felt better about a vehicle purchase before. More
