2015 Q50 Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I never looked at Infinity so I had alot of questions and concerns that he addressed. If he didn't know the answer, he went to someone who did. My wife loves her new car and has no stress working with the people at the dealership. Most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever had. I cant say enough great things about my car purchase. Patrick Hornef was an amazing sales person. He was able to give me my asking price for my trade-ins and Bry did a great job on getting my financing. Patrick also spent time with me to go over how to operate all the items in the car. We were looking to by a Q60 and had been looking outside of the s It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Patrick Hornef and Garcia Infiniti. We were looking to by a Q60 and had been looking outside of the state. We placed a a vehicle on a price watch and the GM of Garcia emailed and asked if there was anything they could do. I gave her the price point and the vehicle we were looking for. Next thing you know we are in contact with Patrick and test driving exactly what we wanted. Patrick was chill, no pressure and fun to work with. If I had a question he responded very timely and even called to assist when I couldn't get my audio paired with my phone. There were a couple cosmetic items he agreed to fix and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle everything had been done as promised. Finding a sales person and business that honors their word, is communicative and over the top helpful made this experience very positive. I would highly recommend looking Patrick Hornef up if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, he will not disappoint. More
