Was a little concerned/upset when my first appointment (made online) was cancelled and was rescheduled for 2 days later because the software safety recall was going to take two hours. It was more than made up for after being serviced by Patrick Lynch. He was more than cordial and helpful and I left that day feeling much better about Mohawk Chevrolet. In addition, the lady at the front greeting desk (not sure of her name) is an asset for this dealership. Always friendly and helpful every time I visit. I will get her name on my next service visit! More

Timely check in, waiting area is clean and spacious, WiFi services were available, donuts in kitchenette Brought car in with oil change with tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement and wiper replacemen services were available, donuts in kitchenette Brought car in with oil change with tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement and wiper replacement. Upon arrival was told I needed an alignment and engine air filter replacement. I advised him to proceed with those. After “completion”, I drove home and the car was pulling to the left (which it was not doing so prior to bringing it in) and it was obvious an alignment was not done or done incorrectly. I called the dealership on the ride home and was told by Siterra that she will notify Patrick as well as the manager and someone would call me as soon as possible (this was at 10:45 am). I also noticed the PSI on all 4 tires was between 28-31- well below the recommended 35 PSI. I didn’t receive a call back and at 5:30 I emailed Greg Rivers (lead service advisor). He responded to my email (while he is on vacation) and forwarded it to the service manager. The next day, I received an email response from Robert Newton stating he attempted to call me but it went straight to voicemail (I had no missed calls or voicemails). I called him back and he was unavailable, so I left a message. He emailed me again and stated the same. (Again- no missed calls/voicemails. I called my cell from my work phone- I had no issues reaching my cell phone). I called him again and he was in a meeting or with a client. I left him another message and emailed him stating I will bring the car back on Monday morning. I was charged $580.15 and I am not certain what services were actually performed. I am very disappointed with this experience. I now have to take time off from work to bring the vehicle back in to have this rectified. More
