I want to start this review with saying my sales experience with Rueda was great, nothing against him in this situation. However, I was lied to for 5 months by this dealership. It all started with t experience with Rueda was great, nothing against him in this situation. However, I was lied to for 5 months by this dealership. It all started with the initial lie that they never received my trade-in vehicle's title, which was false the entire time. Patrick Madden never did respond to my email requesting an update. Then, Cole Fletcher and other staff continually went on a big spill about COVID slowing everything down at the state with titles, also false (Department of Finance Admin confirmed this). I never once got a straight answer to why I was on month FIVE of waiting for the title and paperwork to register my car. 4 months after purchasing the car, it was found out that a title was never applied for regarding the car. Now, 5 months later, I received my paperwork but Cole Fletcher himself didn't even have the ability to personally give it to me and apologize on behalf of the dealership. Mclarty Daniel made absolutely no effort in remedying this situation. It's not even the fact that I waited far too long for the documents I am required to be given within 30 days of sale, it's the fact that they continuously lied and didn't even attempt to offer some explanation or apology. I will never recommend anyone to visit this dealership for purchasing a car. More

Great experience from the build and order process, to purchase and trade in. I received regular communication and updates on the status and projected arrival dates.
