Horrible communication between team members, we came prequalified with a loan from our own creditor, but 3 different employees talked to us trying to get us to use Toyota financial. Eventually they were prequalified with a loan from our own creditor, but 3 different employees talked to us trying to get us to use Toyota financial. Eventually they were so pushy and wouldn’t stop talking to us and making us wait that we gave in which gave us a way higher interest rate. They also didn’t even ask us for payment information and didn’t send a bill or any type of documentation for 2 months even after I called them so I had late payments and had to set up payment myself. They also failed to send documentation to the state that I bought the vehicle for a month after I bought it. So I couldn’t get license plates or register my vehicle or insure it for that whole month. The vehicle we bought was said to have been aligned and inspected but it had damage behind the front bumper and headlight that cost hundreds to fix, i took it to my dealership I trust and they said it hadn’t been aligned and needed one badly which was evident by the shaking, which they said was due to off-road tires. Overall just had a horrible car buying experience from inver grove Toyota. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. More

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Heidi St. Martin! She was so incredible right from the start when we mentioned wanting a Toyota RAV4 hybrid. She informed us of our options and the wait time and they were the only dealership in the area that didn't add additional unnecessary charges to this vehicle. She was positive and encouraging through our entire wait time and kept us up to date as she received information. When our vehicle was ready, she was quick, organized, and so sweet to work with when we got there. She made buying a new car fun! We also had great experiences with Tim and Patrick in finance. They made things smooth and helped us navigate the process well. Our only downside to this experience was that we were told we could pick up the car on the first of the month, but a few days before we were given an ultimatum by the sales manager, Matt, to buy the car electronically the week before so they could meet their sales goal or give up our vehicle to the next person in line and have to wait for the next one. Matt was not straightforward that we would have to complete the transaction prior to the first, only after several phone calls did he finally make clear that was the only option available. This was a tough choice and we didn't get an opportunity to have our vehicle looked at in person for a potential trade or see our new vehicle before purchasing. We ultimately ended up buying before to avoid waiting longer, and that experience went really well, we were just frustrated that the sales manager was not forthcoming about the situation. Our experiences with Heidi, Patrick, and Tim made us feel confident and comfortable with this choice. We would definitely recommend this dealership! More
