He arranged for the service to be done to the entire car inside and out and I was absolutely astonished that my car looked like brand new when I picked it up about four hours later. Everyone bent over backward to answer our questions and assisted us in every way. Sameh Youssef was the first person I contacted in regards to purchasing a vehicle. Sam took his time and listened to what we were interested in purchasing. He stayed late and provided the vehicle for use on the test drive. After a price adjustment, we came to an agreement for the purchase. Sam treated us like we had been purchasing vehicles from him for years. He then introduced us to Marc Israel who was just plain fun to deal with. Marc walked us through all the paperwork and provided us with the plate transfer, title work and everything else we needed. Still not finished, Sam introduced us to Tony Cintron who spent about 40 minutes explaining all the gadgets that came with our newly purchased E350. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried and it was a very nice experience. I am one person that will give credit where credit is due but I am also outspoken when I feel there is a need for criticism when it merits the faults. Sameh Youssef is the man to see if you need a car or truck. Crown Eurocars Mercedes Benz is also the place to go. More
