I was assisted by Patrick McFarland who was pleasant, personable and professional. He went out of his way to make my first service experience at Crown quick and efficient. I highly recommend Patrick McFarland who signed me up for a Crown discount card which resulted in my bill being less than the estimate; a happy conclusion to my service experience. Following the service appointment, my spouse and I met with Tony Cintron who thoroughly explained and demonstrated all the features of our new GLC 300. Tony Cintron is kind, patient, knowledgeable and an absolutely delightful individual of the highest caliber. Thank you to both gentlemen, with whom I am very much pleased and satisfied. More

Professional and Personable Pat is attentive and responds quickly to questions. His follow through is great and he delivers on his promises. The only disappointment with the dealership is the car wash. It leaves spots on all,the windows. I pointed it out to Pat so hopefully that will be corrected. More

Charlie Apple one of my 2 service advisors is great! You can’t get any better than Charlie Apple. He’s off on Mondays and Sundays but he’s located in the Mercedes service center on US Highway 19 N.
