Great experience. I arrived, contacted a sales man, explained what I wanted to do and within a short time had quotes for what they were offering. We negotiated to my li I arrived, contacted a sales man, explained what I wanted to do and within a short time had quotes for what they were offering. We negotiated to my liking and made a deal. The sales men and finance people were very pleasant with no high pressure or, pressure at all for that matter. One of the most pleasant buying experienced I've had in about the last 30 years. More

Thanks Jake a wonderful experience and a great truck I was interested in the purchase of a new vehicle and Lithia Toyota was recommended to me by a friend. I Stopped in and while browsing the lot was me I was interested in the purchase of a new vehicle and Lithia Toyota was recommended to me by a friend. I Stopped in and while browsing the lot was met by a salesman who asked if he could be of any assistance. I advised actually he could and the process began no pressure just My wife and I discussing our interests in what we were thinking we wanted and needed in a vehicle. Jake proceeded to show us a few vehicles that stirred our interest. I had very strong opinions on the specific details on the truck and Jake found the vehicle that was right for me. The truck was delivered and Jake went over all the details of the function of the vehicle and gave me and my wife a tour of all the department we would have interests in. I was informed when my car was going to arrive, when it would be ready to pick up and given an invoice so I knew what the price would be before I drove up to Billings to get it. Jerry McKeen spent 4 hours going over all the SUV's manuals, buttons in the vehicle, and he paired my phone so I could use the features of Entune right away! He walked my husband through the various dept. of the dealership, and introduced us to each one. I have never had such a positive experience like this, and it made us both feel appreciated. More

Amazing service above and beyond Before movin to Montana a few weeks ago I was in contact with Kristen. She helped me select a car from the stock and got most of the paperwork ready. She was great to work with and kept on contact through this process. I bought a Toyota 2015 Rav 4 from jake gruel the salesman in was pared with. He was patient as I looked at the stock. He was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Now for the above and beyond. While my wife waited for me, my youngest threw up in our other car. We took the our other car back the next day to see if the dealership could clean it as we were new to town. No one was available, so jake took it back and cleaned it himself. He had already closed the deal, but did this for us anyways. I would buy a car from this dealership and this salesman again. More
