From the m I came in expecting to walk out without a car as it has happened at other dealers recently because I didn't feel as if my wants were heard. From the moment I contacted Rick Case to the moment I drove off with my new Sonata I felt like I was treated with respect and I was given an awesome deal. Patrick my sales guy was courteous, patient, and very helpful. I will be referring anyone I know looking for a car to Rick Case because I know they will be in good hands! Hands down I believe I have found my dealer for life in Rick Case More

Patrick Reece met us at the door and spent two hours showing us Azeras and then Sonatas that had the color combinations and features we wanted. We loved the 2015 Sonata and ended up selecting the LTD Model. We had to be someplace else in 30 minutes but Malik Saleh, the Finance Manager, had all of the paperwork done in 15 minutes and Patrick had our new car detailed and in our possession about 5 minutes later. We have never had such a pleasurable experience at an auto dealership and would highly recommend the Rick Case Dealership, and Patrick Reece, our Sales Consultant, to anybody who is considering a new automobile. We live in Boca Raton but knew that the Rick Case experience was worth the drive. More

On 2/14/14 I spoke with internet salesman Patrick who advised the car I called about, a 2012 Hyundai Sonata listed on their website for $12,500.00 was available. That night, I drove to the dealership to advised the car I called about, a 2012 Hyundai Sonata listed on their website for $12,500.00 was available. That night, I drove to the dealership to see the car. It took Patrick about 30 minutes to locate the car. It was in the back and sandwiched in between many cars and not available to be test driven. He did have the key so at least I could sit in the vehicle. The car was quite dirty inside including the presence of about 10 pill bottles that were mostly full. The car looked as though it could be cleaned up and had very little damage inside or out other than the front bumper paint being chipped. We went back inside and I told Patrick I wanted to purchase the car for the advertised price. He then spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes and came back and said I could buy the car but they would have to clean up the car first including sending the car out to have the front bumper painted. I said that was fine and offered to give a deposit so the car wouldn't be sold to anyone else. Patrick assured me that wouldn't happen and he would call me as soon as the car was ready. During the following week, I spoke to Patrick on at least 6 occasions. The car was supposed to be ready no later than Wednesday, 2/19/14. Finally, Patrick told me the car would be ready to drive on 2/21/14. I took the day off and picked up my daughter (whom the car was for) who also took the day off to go buy the car. We were test driving the car when Patrick observed there was barely any gas in the car and we would have to stop for gas. Great, right? Additionally, the car was not blowing cold air and Patrick said this was due to a leak in the AC unit and would be repaired as soon as a part arrived that afternoon. After the test drive I advised Patrick I still wanted to buy the car (after all, it was certified pre-owned) and that I would pay for the car in cash and my daughter would pick it up after the AC unit was repaired. This is when all the fun (not) began. When we all sat down, Patrick asked me "how much was the advertised price again"? I, of course responded $12,500.00. He advised there would be an added dealer prep fee for $700.00 plus tax and tag, etc. I readily agreed and signed a paper that reflected these figures. He then left and came back about 5 minutes later and said they could not sell me the car for the original advertised price since they had invested a lot of money in the car from the time I originally looked at it, that the price would be an additional $1000.00. I was extremely upset and refused to pay anything more than was originally agreed to. Enter into the picture a guy named Tom who lectured to me "nothing in America is free". I said "no kidding, that's why I have my checkbook out and I'm ready to write a check for the car for about $14,000.00 and change" He asked me if I had looked at the price of other Sonatas and I said no, I found the car I wanted and didn't have to look at any other cars. Tom then basically told me too bad, so sad. We left. As we were leaving I called Rick Case's office and spoke to Carol, Mr. Case's personal assistant for 21 years. After hearing my story, she agreed the car should have been sold to me to me for the originally advertised price, that she would call Leroy the general manager of the dealership and I should expect a call from him within the hour. Unfortunately, getting the call back from Leroy was the only honest thing that occurred during this entire experience. Leroy spewed the same nonsense as Patrick and Tom and said I was foolish if I thought I could purchase the vehicle for the originally advertised price. Imagine, a purchaser of a product wanting a business to honor an advertised price? The nerve of me! Anyway, Carol called me back to ask how my conversation went with Leroy and I told her. horribly! She asked if I would "work with them" by paying something more than was advertised, like meeting them "half way". I flatly refused and told her I would write a review instead. Bottom line is who should be surprised when employees of a dealership lie? No one. The only surprise was the dealership is owned by the "good old, down to earth Rick and Rita case! Maybe, just maybe, they, as their mass advertising suggests, their dealerships are different. Well, they're not! The people lie there just lie like they do at virtually all other dealerships. Thanks Rick, Rita, Patrick, Tom and Leroy for NOTHING!! More

The staff was professional, responsive and kept their promises on the car options and price offered prior to coming in the dealership. They were "upfront" in dealing with me, providing me with the detail promises on the car options and price offered prior to coming in the dealership. They were "upfront" in dealing with me, providing me with the detailed information I requested via email, which was needed in helping me to make my decision. They were sensitive to my concerns about not desiring to spend four to six hours at the dealership going back and forth between the sales rep and some "unseen manager" haggling over the car's sales price. There was absolutely no bait and switch tactic. By means of all of this, I rate customer service excellent. The experience was indeed positive. More
