The folks at Bozard notably Ryan Hurewitz, Patrick and Wyll did an outstanding job at explaining all of our credit and incentive questions. Although we asked for the moon in many cases, they got us as close as possible. Highly recommend this to all my friends and neighbors. I chose not to take delivery on the day of the sale because of nasty weather in the area, Ryan delivered our new Explorer to our home the next morning. We sat in the vehicle and Ryan showed us all the operation of many features to make us dangerous for now, we'll definitely be there for the technology class next month.
