Working with Luis Crespo and Patrick Robertson on the selection, pricing, ordering, and purchase of our new vehicle made this an easy car purchase. The delivery of our new vehicle went off without any issues - it was exactly what we wanted and what we ordered. Luis kept track of the order and followed up with us on the status. We did not have to contact him for information about the delivery because we were confident Luis was handling this for us - and he did. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by Patrick and Luis regarding the pricing of the vehicle was solid - which meant there were no surprises for us when our purchase was finalized. Frank Butt in finance was very thorough in his work. Frank explained all of the ins and outs of financing and available service programs in a manner which was easily understood. The entire team was professional and friendly. We were treated with respect throughout the entire process and were very comfortable during our discussions. We were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm every time we walked into the dealership. If we have any questions about how to work some of the features, all we have to do is call or drop by and ask. First Time Buyer - Fantastic Experience Went in there about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Ford Explorer Platinum. I was immediately greeted by Andy, who grabbed the keys and allowed me to test Went in there about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Ford Explorer Platinum. I was immediately greeted by Andy, who grabbed the keys and allowed me to test drive a combination of highway and city. After that we talked numbers before meeting Rick and Patrick. Ultimately I was not ready to buy, so I left. I knew it was the car I wanted but I drive close to 300 miles a week, so a Highlander, which is a bit more fuel efficient was also part of my decision. I took a week to work it all out, running numbers, reading reviews, etc. During that time Andy never pressured me and never bombarded me with calls like the sales people at other dealers tend to do. He gave me the space to work it all out. When I was ready I sent an email to Andy and Patrick about the price I was willing to pay for the flagship Explorer. A few days later they met my asking price. Andy also got all of the dealer options I wanted like tints, all weather mats, and mud guards at no extra cost. Financing was hassle free. Rick took care of that. Very smart guy. You could tell he has been doing this for a long time. Got me a respectable deal on the ESP for maintenance and parts. So for the next 100K miles I don't have to pay for anything outside of dents, tires and battery. Ultimately, I'm extremely happy with the Explorer. Bozard's service was excellent. More

Return for additional prep work. I had to return my new ford transit to the dealer for additional prep work using my gas and my time for the removal of the bar code stickers off of th I had to return my new ford transit to the dealer for additional prep work using my gas and my time for the removal of the bar code stickers off of the roof and to have the 3M decals removed from the back rear tinted window . I also removed the clear film from the tire rims where the word FORD is mounted. The floor mats that I purchased were still in the box and were not installed until requested that that do so. This should have been taken care of before I picked up my new transit. The Bozard Service area has VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL on new vehicle detail and prep. I received no compensation for my time just an I am sorry about that form the Sales Manager Patrick Robinson. This has been a very unhappy experience with Bozard Ford. I have my doubts about purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. More
