New Explorer purchase I arrived at the dealership expecting to be shadowed by a sales person and pressured to purchase. This was not the case! Buddy Price approached me af I arrived at the dealership expecting to be shadowed by a sales person and pressured to purchase. This was not the case! Buddy Price approached me after I had plenty of time to walk the car lot and review my options. He kindly asked if he could assist me. I told him I was still trying to make up my mind and needed to test drive a Explorer. He got me the keys and said here you go. I returned and said I need to think on my options. He handed me his card and said I would be happy to assist you once you make up your decision. That was it! NO pressure, very simple and professional. I left the dealership, test drove another vehicle at another dealership and was not happy. I called Mr Price the next day and we were able to decide on a Price that was fair and I purchased the Explorer!! Best car buying experience I have ever had! Mr Price was not only professional,but respectful of my time, but also knew I needed to do it my way!!! Thank you Buddy! Patrick Robertson assisted with the pricing and worked with me to get me a Price that I could deal with. Thank you Patrick! More

I feel I got a fair deal on my trade and a good deal on the purchase of the new vehicle. There was a little hiccup with finding the second key, but once it was found, it was overnighted to me and all is good. There was one small issue with the financing that I wasn't aware of until I reviewed my paperwork after I got home. When we were talking about the financing, I was told that I was going to be getting the 30000 mile maintenance plan. I thought this was going to be included in the purchase price of the vehicle. A sort of "free-be" if you will. Due to my own ignorance, I didn't realize, in the excitement of purchasing the new truck, that I signed the paperwork authorizing the "purchase" of the maintenance plan. In hind sight, its not a big deal because I probably would have purchased it anyway. I just miss understood during the negotiation process. I have no one but myself to blame seeing I signed the agreement during the financing process. This small issue has not in any way deterred me from giving my experience a 5 star rating. I had bought my last 2 F-150's from Duval Ford and gave them the first opportunity but the deal I received at Bozard was better even if it was a 45 minute drive from where I live. When I need service or plan to purchase a new Ford, I will shop Bozard Ford first. So far, the new F-150 has exceeded all my expectations. More

New car experience I've been looking for a new car for a few months now. Bozards website was very easy to navigate through and inquire about a vehicle . Due to my busy work schedule it makes it difficult to look at a vehicle . Patrick at bozard was a great help and very knowledgeable. It was a convince to be able to communicate through text message to get set up to look at a car. The Ford Taurus I wanted to look At was ready to go once I got there and Patrick was very helpful in the test drive and the trade in of my truck . I have owned a lot of used and new vehicles and this was probably the quickest and easiest buying experience I've ever had . Ryan got me through financing in a quick and timely manner, he helped me with options and set me up with a great extended warranty . I've been to other Ford dealers and didn't like my experience , but Bozard was very straight forward and they have a great number of vehicles and options . Amazing sales and service . Bozard is doing saint augustine proud !!! Great job Patrick and Ryan ! More
