FTC - Sweet car for a sweet price! I was looking to trade-in my 2000 Toyota Camry for a newer car. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Honda Accord Sport sedan. Patrick Robertson was an awes I was looking to trade-in my 2000 Toyota Camry for a newer car. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Honda Accord Sport sedan. Patrick Robertson was an awesome salesman as there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase the car. I ended up needing a few days to think over my decision before coming back to Bozard Ford. My only hesitation was deciding if I should buy a different car or go for the Honda. Once I decided on the Honda, Patrick offered me a great deal on a practically new car as well as a fair trade-in price on my 200k Toyota. The whole transaction took 2 hours total and 30 minutes of that was me figuring out the Bluetooth prior to purchasing. Erick Shipley provided me with the financial information I needed before I made my purchase. He was patient as I had to decide what down payment I needed to have in order to get the payment plan I was comfortable with. Overall, Bozard Ford is the best dealer I've ever worked with and I will buy another car from them in the future! More

I had to drive 2 hours to get there and i was skeptical at first but in the end it paid off. I started my search online and Patrick was the man who got me where i needed to be at on my price. Everybody was really nice and the dealership was pretty cool they had games and snacks and salesmen walking around with good attitudes and im not talking about those fake faces most of them put on to sucker you in to the car or truck you dont want. The thing i hate most about buying a vehicle is going to the dealer and them telling you that you cant afford what you want so they waste all your time and patients trying to show you what you dont want. This is what did not happen at boazrd. I talked to my salesman Patrick Robertson and told him what i wanted, what i had to work with and he made it happen. Thanks buddy! Also i want to say thanks to Jena Thomas she filled in for Patrick and was super helpful and super nice and Rick Garcia for his help and trust he was awesome he got me in my new ride that night! Also i have to complement the service team especially Piper for helping get my truck straightened out. There were a few hiccups with my truck but i guess you could expect some here and there when buying a used vehicle but Piper got me taken care of promptly and was very nice about everything so once again thanks to all of you it was my best experience at a dealership and i would recommend these guys to anyone! More

So I called the dealership the next morning where I spoke with Patrick Robertson and he confirmed the car's price. I quickly drove to their St. Augustine location later that morning. My grandson and I were met with such great hospitality and customer service. We were swiftly greeted by Mr. Robertson and he immediately retrieved the car for us to review and test drive. The car was true to its description and the price was matched to its advertised price. The paperwork was processed in a timely fashion and the financer Rick Garcia was able to obtain me a wonderful deal from the finance company. In a couple of years i do plan to buy myself another car, and I do highly believe I will purchase it through Bozard's dealership. I would recommend this dealership to all whom wants to purchase a car; by far the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. More
