Our salesman, Patrick R. was honest and very knowledgeable answering each question we posed in regards to the truck. We live almost two hours away and most the deal was negotiated via telephone. Upon our arrival, Patrick had the bulk of the required paperwork completed! Rick G. in the finance department went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best interest rate. We came to the dealership with a draft from our credit union. Rick was able to not only match their interest rate, but found us a lower one! I was truly dreading the process of purchasing another vehicle because it usually takes all day involving back and forth negotiations. But overall, everyone was friendly courteous, constantly making sure we were OK and if we had enough water etc. Even those employees we were not directly dealing with were conversational and a pleasure to talk to. I felt as though everyone there did want to work there and took pride in their work. It was about 100 degrees while we were there and we did keep going back and forth between vehicles and Patrick was very patient with us and I got the vehicle I wanted in the first place! I am sure my children were driving everyone nuts near the end and no one said anything to us about how wild they were. A lot of places would frown upon kids that were getting to anxious and stir crazy. Everyone was patient and accepted what was going on. I would recommend Bozard for anyone! More
