We went to Bozard ford today after having bad experience at another car dealership yesterday that we drove 3 hours to get to to sit in an a office for three hours to only buy a car that overheated on us 5 m at another car dealership yesterday that we drove 3 hours to get to to sit in an a office for three hours to only buy a car that overheated on us 5 mins down the road so after returning the car we went to Bozard and we had a sales person ( Patrick Robertson) who is the most amazing sales person there and we had an amazing business manager deal with the finance part ( Rick Garcia) who listened to all of our needs and made sure we had everything covered and then after telling everyone about the bad experience from the other car dealership they made sure that we were very comfortable with getting a new car that the service person who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Steven Mercer) looked over the car for us to reassure us everything looked amazing and we were good to go from having the test drive to dealing with the transaction only took two hours We love Bozard ford of st. Augustine and refuse to shop anywhere else. More

Our deal went in the hands of numerous people as they are working shortened hours due to the pandemic. Patrick Robertson was our sales person (I know him and have bought from him before) he worked with me for over a week via text. Wanted to thank him for putting up with my annoying self and text messages for that extended period of time. But as always he was accommodating and professional! We were unable to get much done over the phone, email, texts because they were too busy with customers in the store daily. He recommended we came in to get the ball rolling. And unfortunately we were unable to go on a day he was working. He referred us over to Adam Williams. Adam was also Great! Very understanding and helpful. Helped pick out the perfect vehicle for my husband that would also fit our budget and needs. Adam then had Zach Gibbs help us with the sale etc. Zach was awesome too! Very down to earth and mellow (not an annoying over bearing sales person). Then our finance manager was going to be Ricky (didnt get his last name), however while waiting for my husband to get there, he was put on another sale. He did get the deal approved and worked out a fabulous deal! Bob (Robert Vespi) was our finance guy in the end. He was very honest and straight forward. Took care of us! Im happy I was able to work with the BOZARD crew to make this happy for mu hubby. He loves his new car! SO again a VERY BIG THANKS to Patrick, Adam, Zach, Ricky and Bob!!! And of course the rest of the BOZARD family! We will be back as always for my next vehicle. More
