My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a 2012 Toyota Camry at Shoepp Motors in Middleton, Wi. The Salesmen with whom we worked were respectful, friendly and they did not pressure us. I searched for awhile and finally found the perfect truck for me. I contacted Patrick (internet sales manager) and after many conversations, decided to make the 115 mile trip to look at the vehicle. When I arrived I was treated very well by all of the sales associates and Patrick met with me promptly. Schoepp even had my future vehicle waiting for me inside since it was cold and rainy that day. Patrick was very thorough with going through the truck and off for a test drive we went. When we got back I checked all fluids and even climbed underneath the under body. The truck rode well and with my mechanical knowledge, seemed to be very mechanically sound. The only problem I noticed was the horrible buff and detail job (which Schoepp discounted for me to do myself). I decided to purchase the almost $30,000 vehicle and Patrick worked with me to have the truck delivered (for a reasonable fee) since I did not want to make the trip again. I asked him about the warranty and they explained it was a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. I specifically asked what would happen if the air conditioning didn't work since I couldn't test it that day due to weather. He assured me everything was inspected and worked perfectly (per the vehicle inspection sheet). Two days later, my baby was delivered. I drove it for roughly 20 miles that day and was very pleased. The next day my 4yr old daughter and I went to use the truck and since it was alot warmer, I turned on the air conditioning. To my surprise the indicator light flashed and went out. I read the owners manual and it stated that the vehicle doesn't let the system run if it is too cold or there is a problem. I contacted Patrick right away and he instructed me to take it to a local GM dealer to have it inspected but the truck may have to go to Schoepp if the repair costs were high. I drove it to a local dealer and sat there for 3 hrs while it was inspected. They found that the lines were empty and recharged the system. They introduced dye to show leaks and sent me home to use the air conditioning for a few days. I brought the truck back to the local dealer and they found the system empty and alot of leaks in the rear system. (4h 40min invested & $20 in fuel total) I contacted Patrick again and he asked me to drive the car down to Madison and they would give me a loaner car during the repair time. I contested that proposal and stated that this wasn't my fault that the inspector (Graig Kerl) pencil whipped the inspection sheet and oviously didn't even try turning the system on inside the cab. I also mentioned that I paid for a delivery so why would I drive it down there. He then offered that I meet the driver 30min from my house and I agreed. I fueled up my V8 and sent brought the vehicle to the meeting point. Schoepp gave me a very nice loaner and today (3 days later) I met the driver at the meeting location again. When I received my vehicle back, it was very low on fuel. Again I fueled up to get home. ($50 total) I instantly inspected the vehicle and noticed that someone graciously left me a 2in long gouge in my paint down to the primer. I am at the point where I want this nightmare to be over and will pay for their damage myself. On a side note: The tires were listed in safe condition also but there was a slow leak due to a bad valve stem. ($34) I absolutely can't believe how this dealer will do anything to move a car quickly off its lot but fail horribly in customer service afterwards. I am happy that they fixed the thing, that they assured was working, but still can't see why I had to spend money out of my pocket and waste time in my very busy schedule to accomodate them. I was told that things break and they were doing me a favor. I understand that they want to find the cheapest way to conduct business but to me this was ridiculous! To end this painfully long review, the buying process with Patrick was good but the dealer as a whole failed in the end. More

I was unsure of what it was I was looking for -- other than a newer vehicle with less miles than I currently have. Patrick listened to what I had to say and found me a vehicle I was very happy with. I went to Schoepp looking for a reliable car with good gas mileage and got more than I went in for! I got a great car, a great price, and great service! Patrick helped me out today and was wonderful. Patrick was very easy to work with and I did not feel pressured into a vehicle that I wasn't looking for. He was prompt with his follow up and clearly laid out for me and my wife the pro's and con's of t pressured into a vehicle that I wasn't looking for. As a first time car buyer, this has been a daunting experience for the last few months. We thought we'd come in here to check out what was available and ended up leaving with a wonderful car. We were at the dealership longer than I expected, but the employees were patient with working with us and strived to get us a deal we can all agree on. Jace was great at showing us the cars we wanted, Patrick was helpful in the overall car buying process, and Donna was knowledgeable in helping me understand the finance mumbo jumbo. So very glad I got my first car here. They definitely made this experience a good one! More

Patrick was out of town, we contacted the service dept. they handled our problem efficiently and with great customer service. I was very impressed how that was handled. This is the second time we've bought a car from Pat Rogalla. We highly recommend him. Pat is easy to work with, allows you to take your time to make your decision with out being the least bit pushy Rogalla. We highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable about vehicles and the promises he made about the likely mph for our vehicle have turned out to be exactly accurate. We will go to him again next time we need a vehicle.
