When I bought my used car at a different Schoepps location I was told that all cars came with two keys. However, I didn't receive a 2nd car key. I made an appointment at the Middleton location to location I was told that all cars came with two keys. However, I didn't receive a 2nd car key. I made an appointment at the Middleton location to obtain a 2nd key and was quoted $115.00 for a valet key. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that they would give me a valet key at no cost. Or I could pay $115.00 towards the key with the remote buttons and they would pay the rest. I opted for the key with the remote buttons. The key was programmed within the estimated time frame. When I went to pay the bill, I was informed by Patrick that there would be no charge to me. They wanted to make things right and they definately did. Their customer service was excellent today. They went above and beyond the call of duty!
