He also has made this community his home and is heavily involved with local groups, including volunteering as an Ambassador with the Plainfield Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce. This was the fourth used car I've bought in my adult life, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. From the very beginning, the sales manager, Patrick, was super ni life, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had at a dealership. From the very beginning, the sales manager, Patrick, was super nice and accommodating to my questions. My sales guy, Mike, was awesome. He didn't bullsh!t me, was very personable, and kept me entertained while we had to wait (as you always do when financing). Lastly, the finance guy, Derek, was knowledgeable and never tried to push me into anything I didn't want. He kept things quick and matter-of-fact. I can't believe I would ever say this, but I legit had fun buying my car here. Will definitely recommend to anyone buying a Chevy or any used car! More

I left my car to have service done. Somehow the service dept put 100 mls on my car when it was supposed to be "parked". When I picked up my car I then found out that someone had stolen Somehow the service dept put 100 mls on my car when it was supposed to be "parked". When I picked up my car I then found out that someone had stolen my floor mats. Dishonest people, when I asked to speak to a manager I was ignored. NO ONE EVER BOTHERED TO SPEAK TO ME OR MAKE IT RIGHT. More
