I had a maturing lease and was just interested in comparing models. Patrick took the time to sit with me and go over the different trim levels, I was so impressed with how smoothly we were able to pick a model and agree on a price. He had great communication with me and we kept in touch from purchase to delivery and beyond. I enjoyed my experience and was glad to work with such a wonderful sales rep. My sales person was great! I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. When I went to the dealership I was directed to Patrick Sisk. Patrick was great in letting me take the time with the vehicle and other similar vehicles. He allowed me as much time as I needed to test drive to get a good feel of the car. When I made the decision to purchase he was very efficient. For whatever reason, the vehicle only had one set of keys (fob) from the previous owner. I expressed to Patrick the need I had for 2 sets. He made the effort to have one made for me. The vehicle was also missing original floor mats (which are much needed for my family!). I expressed my disappointment and they purchased a new set within the first week I had the car. When I returned to have the vehicle inspected, he vacuumed out the car and put my new mats in:) It was nice that my concerns were heard and handled. Overall, a great experience with Patrick and the team at Herb Chambers. More

Patrick Sisk immediately made us feel welcome and at home from the minute we met him. He was patient with us, listened to our needs and quickly narrowed down the search for our new car. One of the reasons I chose Honda was because of their great reputation for reliability. More
