This is my third Honda bought from Herb Chambers of Burlington. The First, CRV, I bought from TJ Madden, and I know why he has been promoted to manager. He is a terrific guy; honest, and sincere (you are going to make a great dad, TJ. Good luck). He introduced me to Patrick Sisk when I bought my second. A terrific addition to the team. Patrick worked closely with each Honda team member to make sure I was needs were always met. It was my wife's 50th B'Day and I was trading in my first Honda Pilot for a new one. Patrick came in early on Sunday morning to make sure that my plans for the day went according to script. He is a great guy and was very attentive. He helped make our event memorable and took special care to make sure everything was smooth. I called him a dozen times and he patiently answered all my concerns. The Burlington Honda dealership is a real family. They are all good friends and they work together very well. THANK YOU, PATRICK SISK!!! More

I was very pleased with my first experience buying a car at Herb Chambers Honda Burlington that I decided to go back again to purchase a new car. There was no doubt That Patrick Sisk was the reason for my at Herb Chambers Honda Burlington that I decided to go back again to purchase a new car. There was no doubt That Patrick Sisk was the reason for my return. Patrick is a true professional who is extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells. Buying a new car is a major expense and that is why I trusted him to get the best possible price for me. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me and how the process works. I never felt that he was pressuring me in any way to purchase the car. He was informative and extremely helpful by listening to what I wanted. Herb Chambers is lucky to have someone like Patrick who truly cares about his customers. Thanks Patrick. More

My wife and I went to Herb Chambers to look at used cars and met Patrick. His good natured attitude and hospitality made us feel comfortable at the start. He showed us the car we came to see and gave me a thorough review of the cars major features. He answered every question directly and gave me the feeling that he knew his product and wasn't hiding anything from us. I had no reason not to buy the car that night, although we hadn't planned to. I had driven and checked out many cars, looking for the right car, for weeks up to that point. At Herb Chambers, we found a great car at a fair price and were treated with respect by Patrick. The night we bought the car, he stayed til 10pm with us, beyond closing time to close the sale. Fine, that's what a car salesman does. However, he hung out with us, chatted while we waited for financial paperwork to clear, and made us completely comfortable with our big life decision. In the following days, while the car went through the service department and our insurance was settled, Patrick kept me up to date on the process and made me feel like I was his only customer. I've read this about him in other reviews, and, after experiencing it, I can say its true. If I texted, emailed, or called him, I got an immediate resonse. I wanted to get the car on a Friday, but was inable to make it to Burlington to give Patrick the check. He drove 30 minutes out of his way to come and get the check from me at the front door of my work. After completing the sale, Patrick made it clear that if I was ever in the area, I should stop by so he could vacuum my car out for me. Dealer tricks? Well, he is doing something right then, because he earned my respect and trust. He cared about my sale, always professional, and was customer centered. I really liked this because that is how I act in my own profession. I've been disrespected by car dealers in the past, so I was weary of tricks. I was treated with respect here. The reason why I would recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington to all my friends and family is because of Patrick Sisk. The reason I say that is because being a salesman myself there is nothing like go Burlington to all my friends and family is because of Patrick Sisk. The reason I say that is because being a salesman myself there is nothing like good service from Day 1 Patrick has really made me feel like I matter even though i am just one customer. He always answers my calls or text when I need him he also makes sure everything in my car is up to Herb Chambers standard which is excellent. Also he does the little things like make sure I got a ride to work from the dealership and if I cant get a ride there he picks me up. I wish there was a way that Herb Chambers himself could know the asset he has in his company. I have dealt with a lot of people new to the U.S also people looking for cars first place i direct them is Herb Chambers I tell them to ask for Patrick. Honestly I wish there was more I could do for this guy he is honestly the best salesman i ever had. To sum it up this is the reason why this dealership and especially Patrick Sisk deserves a 5 Great score wish there was excellent thats what he deserves. More

My husband and I were very leary of car salesman due to their reputation and past experiences that we have had, but that has changed with this experience. We got out of our car in the parking lot and Patr their reputation and past experiences that we have had, but that has changed with this experience. We got out of our car in the parking lot and Patrick Sisk came over with a handshake and smile. He made us feel very comfortable right from the get go and explained things (sometimes more than once so we truly understood) He went over and above taking time with us each and every time we were there before we decided on the purchase. Once we did, we felt very comfortable with our decision and love the car. He spent a lot of time going over the car with us helping us to understand how to work all the "bells and whistles" which was foreign to us!!! He never was impatient no matter how many times I asked him to show it to me again, even the few times I have already been back because I didn't understand something. I honestly feel that Patrick cares about us as customers and wants us to be happy with our car and whenever we need help he will be out the door with a handshake and a smile. We have only had the car for a week so I cannot comment on service etc. but the sales was an A plus experience for us. More

I recently visited Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington, MA with the intention of leasing a car. From the moment I got out of my car I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The staff were all wonderful with the intention of leasing a car. From the moment I got out of my car I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The staff were all wonderful and never pushy which was a great relief to me. I knew what I wanted, basic car, no big bells and whistles. My salesman was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable from the time we met. He never tried to push me into making a purchase that I didn't want, to upgrade, or customize. Before this experience, I was very leery of car dealerships and was even apprehensive about walking into one. I've never owned or leased a brand new car before and this dealership made my whole experience a great one! I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, MA! More

I recently purchased a certified, previously owned 07 Accord from Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. Much to my delight, I am happy to report I was very well taken care of by Patrick Sisk and the rest o Accord from Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. Much to my delight, I am happy to report I was very well taken care of by Patrick Sisk and the rest of the sales team. Buying a car can be a drag, but Patrick made my experience pleasant and I feel completely satisfied with my buying decision. Patrick spent considerable time and effort finding and delivering a car that met my exact specifications. The one thing I really appreciated was that he listened to me - he didn't try to talk over me, he didn't try to up-sell me and he didn't try to influence my decision. Instead, I told him what I was looking for, he listened intently, asked some qualifying questions and after some effort, was able to find a car that met my needs. I met with Patrick three times in person - and he was in constant contact with me via phone throughout the entire sales process - pre-sale, sale and post-sale. Each time, I was treated in a friendly, professional manner. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would gladly recommend stopping into Herb Chambers in Burlington and ask for Patrick Sisk. More

Not only did Patrick Sisk and Angel provide me with assistance, they were both courteous and v came back to Herb Chambers for some technical support.
