My car was in an accident a few weeks ago and I was a bit stressed because I did not have much to work with and was in a crunch with a rental car and only had a few days left until I had to return it to Hertz, so Patrick explained the options of a lease to my parents and I. We never leased before so I was not familiar with the process and Patrick patiently broke all of the options down for us and answered all of our questions and knew everything off of the top of his head. He had us feeling great about an option we weren't even thinking about! Patrick took his time with us while I test drove a few cars and was very patient making sure I was comfortable with my choice. After I chose the car I was very interested in, we went back in and he got the process moving very quickly for us and we were in and out. On Monday Patrick called me and told me my car was ready, I wasnt expecting for it to be ready until Tues since Monday was a holiday so it was a nice surprise :)! He had everything all done and ready to go. When I got to the dealership Patrick had my car already out front waiting. He sat in the car with me and went through all of the settings and set my phone up to connect to bluetooth so everything can work handsfree! Patrick is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He was not pushy at all and took his time with us and made what I thought was going to be a stressful situation on my end due to my situation very easy and stress free!! My parents are looking for a new car and will be returning to see Patrick in a few weeks! Thank you Patrick! More

Loyal customer Leased my first pilot in 2013. Patrick worked out a deal that made this purchase right for me. Then three months ago he called me and rolled me into a Leased my first pilot in 2013. There was so much to learn about the vehicle it was overwhelming! Friendly, courteous, and professional from the outset to the picking up of my keys for the car, Patrick is what all car salesmen should aspire to be in their profession. I cannot recommend Patrick highly enough. I would encourage his bosses to have new employees shadow him when they are starting out. Likewise, I appreciate that Evan Fotopoulos did not have the usual high pressure tactics for buying those "extras: that some dealers are guilty of pushing upon customers.
