Jason, Patrick and Brando Thank you so much to Roseville Hyundai for helping me get out of my problem (my old car) which was to expensive every month. Jason, Patrick and Brandon were all wonderful during the whole process - which did not take long at all. Jason and Patrick helped get things rolling during the day while I was at work. After work I drove to Roseville to get the rest taken care of. I am very happy and thankful for my new 2016 Veloster. The car I ended up with actually had more options in it than I expected to get, so it is awesome and makes the car more fun and enjoyable. Thank you for supporting the military and offering the military rebate. Love you guys - I will come back later on down the road and definitely recommend you guys to everyone. Mark Crouse and Patrick Souza (Sales), Jason Spiegel (Sales Manager), and Brandon Wood (Finance Manager) went above and beyond to create a positive and efficient car buying experience for me, but it was Brian Shaffer (General Sales Manager) who deserves the majority of the praise for my experience. I have never received such excellent customer service as I did when I walked through the doors at Roseville Hyundai. I felt valued and important, as if I was their only customer. Aside from the incredible deal offer on an exceptional vehicle (2016 Tucson Limited), Roseville Hyundai will have a customer for life because of Brian and his knowledgeable team.
