It was my first time buying a brand new car and naturally I (and my parents) had many questions and concerns. Patrick (sales) put my mind at ease right away. He made us a deal that couldn't be shut down and did everything possible to accommodate my requests and demands. He made sure that I was getting the best possible deal with everything from the price of the car, the APR rate, and my monthly payments. All the employees made us feel welcome and and very much eager to come back with any questions or concerns. Both Patrick and Kajen (finance) made sure that I understood everything and didn't leave with any questions unanswered. If I had to do this all over again, without a doubt Roseville Hyundai is where I would go every single time! More
