PERFECT EXPERIENCE**** All I can say is that my experience was one for the books. I have purchased 2 cars from Roseville Hyundai. My first car was a beautiful used 2009 Sant All I can say is that my experience was one for the books. I have purchased 2 cars from Roseville Hyundai. My first car was a beautiful used 2009 Sante Fe. Drove amazing and was in such GREAT condition. But I traded it in last year in October 2014 due to the fact gas was going up and I drive far to work. I took it in and had a great experience again. They showed me cars and the one thing I really like about Hyundai is they want you to pick a car you love. So when I saw the 2012 white Sonata I had to have it. It was the easiest trade in I have ever done. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Didn’t even have to put money down. The kicker was that I have owned that care for 7 months and I was having major issues of course Hyundai would fix the issues that popped up. However there was more into the issues than their diagnostics could find. Every month I would come in for a transmission issue but of course still nothing would show up yet my car was handling bad and it was nerve racking to drive. Came in on Thursday and talked to Jason Spiegel the Sales Manager since I was having my car towed there. He helped me buy both of my cars through Roseville Hyundai so I felt he could help me again. He told me check in your car and come talk to me when you have a moment. Once I went into his office and explained all the major issues with the car since I purchased it in October. He completely understood and was upset for me and he wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. He then brought me to Brian Shaffer the General Manager explained all my car issues since purchasing the car in October 2014. Jason then also brought Patrick Souza into it to show me the cars that would work for me to get out of the used Sonata. Patrick was very informative and helpful. Had me look at new 2016 Elantras . I had to say I was nervous due to the fact I was worried about money and all the fees that were going to show up later and I would have to find a way to put money down. But I stated to them I was not putting money down and all I want is a reliable car. They completely understood what I wanted and what I wasn’t going to do. They had to work their magic to make sure I was a happy customer and found ways for them to eat most of their money up without having me to do anything. Then Patrick calls me up and states what my car payment would be. I just about lost it. I said I can’t do that much. He then called Bryan the General Manager and stated how upset I was. Bryan came in on his day off when he had not had a day off in 13 days (that shows a lot). He told Patrick he would find a way to bring the payment lower so that I would be happy. Patrick calls me back and tells me and I was HAPPY. Bryan, Jason and Patrick and all the Roseville Hyundai team really know how to make sure a customer will leave with a perfect experience. That showed so much to me as a company that Hyundai is. Walked out yesterday with a brand new 2016 Elantra with a full tank of gas and the Finance Manger Brandon Wood even through in another package for my car just because of all the problems my previous car had. All I know is that Hyundai is all about the Customer and making sure there experience is one to remember and that you will always be a returning customer. I have to say there customer service is a A+. Even there service dept is A+ with all the issues I kept having to bring in my Sonata the service team was so helpful and made sure they could do all they can to stop whatever issue was popping up. Aj, Chris, Bill. I know I will always be a Hyundai buyer for life due to the way I was treated and how they fixed the problem. Thank you Roseville Hyundai for my gorgeous NEW 2016 Elantra. I LOVE IT!!!! More

Helpful, no pressure car buying experience. Wide selection of cars and got a super deal on the car we wanted. Patrick and Audrey were so helpful in explaining the process every step of the way. Patrick helped us get the most for our trade-in, and, unlike another dealership we had visited, we didn't feel pressured to buy. Hyundai puts out a great product, and this is our second purchase from Roseville Hyundai. Our 2008 Elantra is still going strong and just shy of 200,000 miles with nothing more than normal maintenance. Thank you for making our purchase an enjoyable, stress free experience. More

First Time Buyer I've purchased a few used vehicles, but never new, so naturally I had some hesitation about the classic "shark tank" environment of a car dealership. However, after being badgered by several other dealerships, the vibe at Roseville Hyundai was entirely different. My sales associate--Patrick Souza--answered all of my questions, but let me have my own opinions and time when requested. I really dig my 2015 Accent, and I'm glad I bought new (particularly with the warranty that comes with Hyundai vehicles). I would absolutely recommend Hyundai of Roseville, and Patrick in particular, for their great customer service and can-do attitude. They have a strong desire and willingness to get the best deal for you, along with the right vehicle. More

Amazing Experience If you ever are in doubt about where or what to buy walk into Roseville Hyundai, ask for Patrick Souza and I promise you will be one happy customer. I bought a new car from another dealer (located on Madison Ave) in December - fell in love with the purchase. Drove it for a month and they rescinded the agreement on December 6 asking for $4,000 more. Got my Dodge Caliber back. Needless to say I was bummed out and went to a "used car dealer" that had a 5 day no haggle return policy. On Monday the 6th I bought a car that looked great but I wasn't happy. Took the car back and purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I loved the car - I didn't love the interest rate and my payment. I loved that "it was a done deal" after my previous experience and that I was out from my old car and the negative equity it had. The Hyundai came with some features that I wanted to get reset. I had to take it to a Hyundai Dealer. I went to Roseville Hyundai. I love that they are a little removed from the Automall. I walked in and PATRICK SOUZA greeted me. I told him what I needed and about how much I am liking the Sonata (granted it's been less than 24 hours). He offered some great info about the warranty and the car itself. He asked if I would be interested in a lower payment, lower interest rate and a BRAND NEW CAR!!! What? Oh my gosh - less than 2 hours later I was approved - a solid approval - with a brand new beautiful 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I couldn't return the other fast enough. So in 3 days I bought and returned a brand new car, 2 used cars and am sooooo happy with the job that Patrick did getting me into a brand new car. If you want an Honest, Sincere, Quality Salesperson please stop by and ask for PATRICK SOUZA before you make a final decision. If you have never considered a Hyundai come drive one, check the consumer safety reports and do your homework. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. So from the minute I walked in until the moment I drove away I had the absolute best experience. I can't end without mentioning Brandon Wood and his finance team. OUTSTANDING! Good Job Guys!! More
