After speaking with Brian Shaffer on the phone, my husband and I chose to come to Roseville Hyundai to look for a new Sonata. We live in Stockton, but the drive was well worth our time. We were met by Patrick Sousa upon arrival and his friendly manner put us at ease immediately. Patrick showed us different models and took us for a trial drive. After deciding on a beautiful silver Sonata, we asked that the seats be changed out to leather and, again, Patrick helped us pick a color . Patrick was a joy to work with and we have already told some friends to seek him whenever they are ready to shop. Today, Patrick delivered the Sonata to our front door and graciously took time to demonstrate all the features of the car. We have been looking to bye a car and we thought we were going to get a used one sence our credit was not the best I was going with one dealer but they himha around and I had to wait well during my search I going to get a used one sence our credit was not the best I was going with one dealer but they himha around and I had to wait well during my search I came acrossed Roseville hyunda I had found a pt cruiser and it was used I had my husband call them and told them what we want we talk to Jason the maneger and he said he would get us into a ran new car and we send ya right with our credit no way and he told us you watch I will all you back in 1 minutes and you will have a bran new car I gave him our information and inless then 10 minutes he called us back and said come on down I have you a car so I said ya right we will get there and it will not happen we they sure kept to there work I got me the most beatiufull ban new 2013 Hyundai elantra color is like a deep red I love it and im so very happy with everone that help us I would give them a 10 plus plus plus im very happy they told me the truth they did not haggle up we were in and out of there in 1 hour period I want to tell all my friends if you are looking for a car go there Roseville Hyundai is the best car lot in California everyone treated us so very very nice you were in and out they did not haggle you one bit at all im very happy thank you all very much and Patrick souza deserves and bigg raise he was the best thanks a lot you got one happy customer. He just gave us the information we needed about the car and made us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about his products. He took the time to get to know us a little and again made us feel very comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend Roseville Hyundai to anyone and everyone and even more so would recommend Patrick Souza he was a pleaser to deal with and made things very smooth.
