Graylon was incredibly personable and made our purchase very easy !!! He even delivered our new car to our house 80 miles away because our daughter had literally just gotten her license and wasn’t able to very easy !!! IF YOU ARE A FEMALE, I'D CAUTION YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE. JOEY RAPPA LOVES A HARRASSMENT HIGH FROM DENIGRATING FEMALES. This dealership 'purchased' my Hyundai lease a month ago. This week I began getting col JOEY RAPPA LOVES A HARRASSMENT HIGH FROM DENIGRATING FEMALES. This dealership 'purchased' my Hyundai lease a month ago. This week I began getting collection calls from Hyundai Finance because the car, a month later, had not been paid off. I have spent four days making daily calls to the dealership, the bank, and two visits to the location because nothing has been taken seriously on their part. After the second collection call, I went in to speak with a manager and he blew me off saying that I needed to make more phone calls, he couldn't find any answers and tomorrow's his day off lol a very 'not my problem' attitude. I called the next day and began working with Patrick who, to his credit, was more proactive about preventing this from going to the credit bureau at my expense. The bank was adamant that my car was never paid off, regardless of it being grounded by the dealership, Patrick was adamant that he paid for the car the same day, and Patrick's BSM claimed that I owe for previous months. The bank and I have my monthly payments, I was not missing a random payment. So, after days of phone tag and nothing being accomplished, I went to the dealership today to handle this in person...again. As a customer, you would think that a customer service team should have zero issues with explaining WHY my car was taken a MONTH AGO and not paid for until YESTERDAY. That's right, after three days of saying they have proof that they purchased my car last month and paid the bank I finally saw the paper today dated for a purchase YESTERDAY. Of course, I'm going to have some questions but before Patrick can walk me through the details, the Office Mouthpiece, Joey Rappa, whips around from his desk and interjects himself into our conversation, cutting both of us off and immediately accusing me of badgering Patrick. This persistent, aggressive, accusatory, unsavory behavior was the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service experience I've ever had. MY CREDIT is on the line because THEY didn't file the paperwork until yesterday and Mouthpiece Joey had the audacity to keep telling me I was out of line for wanting explanations. After I asked him to stay out of our conversation, he began fussing his deskwork around and huffing and puffing for attention. It must be very exhausting to bear the insecurities of Joey Rappa, leaping with his teeth out at every opportunity to assert his dominance. And it didn't stop there. When I confronted him about his fussiness, he began pointing at each guy within earshot 'AM I ACTING FUSSY?!', points to the next 'AM I ACTING FUSSY?!'. Of course, a manipulative authority figure is going to seek reassurance from their subordinates. Pitiful. Hands down, the most childish behavior I have ever seen in a grown man. I'd say this is unusual professionalism from someone in a management position, but we all know why dealerships have the reputations for being a pool of deceitful sharks. I absolutely guarantee that if I were with a man, or if I was a man, that I wouldn't have been patronized and attacked like that. If you are a female, you will be tossed around by this team of guys with grandiose complexes. The disappointing part in all of this, is that this was in fact an error of their mishandling and they tried to lead me on a wild goose chase with several different claims/lies. I saw the paperwork today and still walked away without any accountability for their mistakes and putting my credit at risk. You must be so proud of your team, Chris Shaffer! Joey Rappa, I hope the females in your life get spoken to the way that you spoke to me today and you learn a lesson in humility. If a customer is reading this, do yourself a favor and go to Maita Mazda, they have an amazing team over there. More

Wonderful Staff at Roseville Hyundai! I purchased a new Tuscan Sport from Roseville even though I live in Hawaii. They had the car in the color I preferred and sent me pictures to confirm. They also participate in USAA's Car Buying Program which gave me additional discounts. So fare, I have still spent less, including shipping, rather than buying from a local dealership. Everyone I have spoken with or dealt with has been friendly, communicative and very helpful during my unique car buying experience. More

If you’re looking for a Hyundai avoid this place at al costs Be very careful with these guys. My parents recently brought in their lease return and a salesperson named Patrick took total advantage of my 84 year old father with a lot of fast talk doing his best to confuse him. Unfortunately dad didn’t ask me to jump in until it was too late. My father had 8,787 miles on a 3 year old Tuscon in perfect condition. This is literally the car driven by a little old lady in PERFECT CONDITION!!!! These guys charged my parents over $1,500 just to inspect the car they said they wanted to buy. There is no need for the inspection as they have owned the card for the last 3 years. Patrick informed me this was company policy and he could not/would not change it. I just called the dealership and spoke with Patrick who had defenses for every point I made and when frustrated with me for having to defend his sleazy behavior stated “your father is a grown man and if he can’t make his own decision then he shouldn’t buy a car! He is not my responsibility!” This is the epitome of the sleazy car sales strategy. We all know there will be a very marketable response defending this behavior, but if your seriously considering a Hyundai I would really encourage you to find another dealership. I would avoid this dealership like the Black Plague. You have been warned!!! If you get screwed by these guys it’s your own fault. More

Today I visited to service my Elantra (bought from this store few yrs back). I am in the market to buy a hybrid. While I was waiting for the service to be done, I approached a sales associate for test driving Ioniq hybrid. I was asked if I am buying it today, I said I am in the market and will buy within next 2-3 weeks, not today. He responded that he will look for a hybrid to test drive and will let me know. Never heard back from him for an hour. In the meantime servicing was done. I approached the sales manager just to let them know that I felt that as I was not buying the car today, they were ignorant and even did not show the courtesy to update me (they were busy!!!). I just told sales manager that if they could communicate me, that would be nice. In response sales managers behavior was more rude. It clearly seemed that they don't care...Not going back to this dealership. Bought my Elantra from here in 2015, always service it here till now, but this kind of rude, unapologetic and unprofessional sales team I never saw. Will not recommend to my friends either. More

The Best Ever I had stopped by hyundai a few months ago and briefly talked with Jenny. Told her I was just looking and getting some ideas. She showed me around and I told her thank you very much for her time and told her when I was ready I would call her. I called her a few months later to make sure she was going to be in and when I got there Jenny met me right outside the doors with open arms. I was a bit set back (shocked) but returned the hug. I can honestly say I did not know her at that time. From that moment on I felt like I was dreaming. Seriously. Everyone treated me with such respect and didn’t make me feel like I lost my dignity when I left there. I couldn’t of ask for a better experience. When everything was said and done Jenny sat with me and we just talked for a long while. I believe I made a friend at that time. The manager come by and hugged me and shook my hand and said congratulations. I was so overwhelmed with the way everyone treated me. I would recommend this dealer Roseville Hyundai to anyone. This is aging myself but at one point during this time the thought went through my mind. (Am I on candid camera). LOL. That’s how unbelievable this visit felt. I have to mention Patrick and the finance manager. What wonderful people. Jenny is a high energy personable young lady and I would recommend asking for her when you go in. No pressures at all from anyone. Love Roseville Hyundai. More
