It is unfortunate to say that this is not always the case when car shopping, but not at New Country! I have been wanting a 911 Turbo for YEARS, and my salesperson Patrizio could not have been more helpful or sincere in making me feel comfortable. He met me on his day off and worked with me every step of the way to bring my dream of ownership to fruition. New Country made buying my first 911 a great experience. From the first time I spoke with Patrizio Torregiani on the phone, I realized he was passionate and knowledgeable about Porsche cars. I immediately go From the first time I spoke with Patrizio Torregiani on the phone, I realized he was passionate and knowledgeable about Porsche cars. I immediately got the feeling I wanted to buy a car from Patrizio. He is straight forward, respectful and patient with his customers. When I decided on the car and gave him a call on a Friday evening to confirm, Patrizio was as happy as I was. From that point on things were handled quickly and smoothly via email. I never returned to the dealer until delivery day. Noah Davis took care of all my paperwork by email and the car came sooner then we anticipated. It was a pleasure working with Patrizio and Noah. I had a few requests regarding no mounting of the front plate, and no washing of the vehicle, which they noted. The car was delivered to me in the condition I had requested. If you wish to have a no drama professional car buying experience, I highly recommend New Country Porsche. I found the dealership and the sales personnnel including Patrizio, Noah and the general manger very helpful and most accomodating. What I did not like was the Porsche Financing "Customer Loyalty" program Patrizio, Noah and the general manger very helpful and most accomodating. What I did not like was the Porsche Financing "Customer Loyalty" program. I came to the dealer knowing about the offer to, for want of a better worrd, "pay off" my old lease if I entered into a new lease. What I learned is that the leasing transition needed to be done on the precise day of a month before the next payment was made in order not to be penalized by mandating an overlap of double payments. If it were not for the efforts of the sales team at the dealership contacting Porshe Finance in order to accomodate this significant defect(or misrepresentation) in the program I would have walked away from the lease rather than double pay-even for the 3 week period that would have been required. As it is I have double paid for a week. If the program is willing to "eat" 3 onths of payments why does it not provide for a seamleass rollover from one lease into the next? More
