A/c Problem not fixed back in October. Of course I did not use the A/c all winter cause I live in Wisconsin. never had a bad experience until now. Paid a total of $5,000+ for multiple different parts and “labor” got my vehicle back with chipped paint and a broken glove box. They fixed for free but then I picked $5,000+ for multiple different parts and “labor” got my vehicle back with chipped paint and a broken glove box. They fixed for free but then I picked up my vehicle for a second time and I was left a cigarette butt on my floor as well as paint on my steering wheel. I asked multiple times to check the vehicle for a starting issue and it has never been checked I was told I have to pay another $140 for them to check after I already paid a total of $5000+ and have mentioned this problem multiple times, no communication,I had to call constantly to check on my parts. I’ve been coming here since I turned 18 I usually work with patti but I’m not sure if I will be back after this experience. More

I told my car was either out front or on the side. We walked all over and eventually went inside and asked finally figured out it was in the back.
