Patty was great. A bit frustrated with the delivery center delivering the wrong tire. Then having to come back again to have it installed. With no offer of a discount for my inconvenience of two trips center delivering the wrong tire. Then having to come back again to have it installed. With no offer of a discount for my inconvenience of two trips to get it correct. Not sure who is to blame for that. Delivery guys? Palmen? everyone should have checked and known. Toss me an oil change or a hand wash or cleaning. I mean my time like everyone’s is valuable. Bit frustrated. They did get me in right away and put the last new one on but now it’s just the principle of it. Do better everyone and take better care of your customers. More
