Autumn who was my service advisor along with everyone else at the dealership was truly amazing. Since I had to leave my truck up in Racine while I was back in St. Louis I never had any doubts that everything was going to be ok. I know that Autumn Roeder and this dealership went to bat for me to get the approval of a new engine from the extended warranty that I had on my truck and I am so thankful. Also a big shout out to Roger the mechanic who put the new engine in, it runs amazing. Thank again Jeff and Deanna More

The service itself was quick and great, but my problem was not fixed. I spent over $600 to have Palmen look into and fix my engine this past Wednesday.
