Ok... here is a positive review about patti and the service my wife, nicole schroeder recieved from palmen . My wife , nicole went there on Thursday for a oil change . She apologetic and explained herself to me infront of my wife explaining she meant no hurt feelings and was just explained that she was following company procedure. I meant alot to me hearing that from her . It shows a descent moral compass inwhich, the world lacks now a days .
