I go to Palmen of Racine because I chose to deal with Matt Collins. When we need a new vehicle, he is the first person I contact. I have been purchasing my vehicles from him for years. The service was exceptional. The service writer, Patti, was very friendly and professional. I brought my car in for a recall and routine maintenance. Wally stinks! My 79 yo sister stops to have the map lights check because they stay on. He told her schedule an appointment. Button was pushed so they stayed on. You thought he could have check it. That would have saved her a ride to Milwaukee to get it looked at. 7 new cars and no more. More

My experience with Patty was exceptional. She was very helpful and also professional and personable. It took a full week to get the part in that was needed. I’m not sure if that could have been obtained s helpful and also professional and personable. It took a full week to get the part in that was needed. I’m not sure if that could have been obtained sooner or not. I also had to have my tires balanced. The receipt show that they adjusted the air in the tires but all 4 are very under inflated so I don’t think that was addressed. Also, other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past always did a courtesy check of all fluids and would top them off but apparently this dealership does not do that as my washer fluid light came on as I was leaving the lot. They did wash my Jeep which I do appreciate! More
