I always take my Wrangler in for maintenance at Palmen Automotive Group of Racine. I just had my 60,000 tune up and made an appt with Patti Ostergaard a few weeks prior. Unfortunately she was off that day Automotive Group of Racine. I just had my 60,000 tune up and made an appt with Patti Ostergaard a few weeks prior. Unfortunately she was off that day but what wonderful service cause she called me personally that week to let me know she was off and told me she switch me over to Josh Robinson (Service Advisor). He was excellent with communication and appreciated the update with extra costs. I feel confident and comfortable with Patti Ostergaard and Josh Robinson plus want to thank the service technician Brandon Owens for making sure my Wrangler runs smooth for miles ahead.
