I appreciate the fact that my service was covered under warranty even after my warranty was up because they didn’t fix both ball joints systems when I was having problems just the front right one. I notice warranty even after my warranty was up because they didn’t fix both ball joints systems when I was having problems just the front right one. I noticed that I was having problems with the same noise after my warranty was up and brought it in and because they felt that maybe both should’ve been fixed they did it for free. I feel very blessed to have been taken care of so well. Thank you!!! More

Great dealership, great service shop. I've been getting my vehicles (mostly Jeeps) there since 1995; that's how much I like and trust them. I went to a different dealer here in Kenosha, but felt that they my vehicles (mostly Jeeps) there since 1995; that's how much I like and trust them. Had my vehicle repaired at Kenosha Palmer. They should have check system due to power surge. They wanted to charge me the max 1 hour min to flash my EMC. I always take my Wrangler in for maintenance at Palmen Automotive Group of Racine. I just had my 60,000 tune up and made an appt with Patti Ostergaard a few weeks prior. Unfortunately she was off that day Automotive Group of Racine. I just had my 60,000 tune up and made an appt with Patti Ostergaard a few weeks prior. Unfortunately she was off that day but what wonderful service cause she called me personally that week to let me know she was off and told me she switch me over to Josh Robinson (Service Advisor). He was excellent with communication and appreciated the update with extra costs. I feel confident and comfortable with Patti Ostergaard and Josh Robinson plus want to thank the service technician Brandon Owens for making sure my Wrangler runs smooth for miles ahead.
