Though I was not scheduled for a new battery today (or anytime soon), I was accorded terrific service by Mike Law, Vince, Mike and Patti at Sunset in an emergency. We purchased our Outback an our CrossTrek from Sunset, and both times were a very positive experience. Going there for services is like visiting family. We had a very positive experience. The whole Sunset Hills Subaru staff was very helpful. Sean won the sale by taking the time to show us how to adjust the seat and mirrors to fit. The commercials were also very influential with the dog family featured. Subaru’s outstanding safety record was also a big factor. We will definitely recommend Sunset Hills Subaru. My First Subi My wife's first words to me after we purchased a new Outback, "I'm blown away by them!" This could not be a more true statement. My wife and I are Costco members and decided to try the Auto Program out, which sent us here. Right from the start, Lisa, was reaching out via text, and very nice/not pushy. I wanted to go test drive a couple trim levels and check out the difference between the two motors. So called the dealer and Patty answered, and was one of the best experiences I have had talking with a receptionist. She was so happy, polite, and full of joy. Lisa was not in, so Sean took care of me from this point on. From start to finish, he was extremely polite, knew the product very well (was only unable to answer one question which he quickly found out the answer for me), and most importantly continued to show my wife and I the utmost respect. Even after he had made the sale, he continued to be a class act. His relaxed and personable demeanor made him very easy to talk to and deal with. Adam did the finances, and he fit into everything stated above. He was not pushy trying to sell different packages or continue to tell you stories about how this package saved him because he has horrible luck. He explained what they were, what they covered, and answered any questions we had about them. From start to finish the whole experience at Webster Groves Subaru was incredible and they might have made themselves a life long customer now. The only negative thing to say, the parking lot is bad, and kind of scary at times. It's small and very tight. With that being said, they will be moving to a bigger lot in the next year or so. Only suggestion, come up with an area/field for people to test out the X-Mode. More
