Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership ever! Went to buy vehicle for my daughter who was with me. Then said vehicle sold already, after they said available. Place is a joke. Sales Manager couldn't even call me back! Wouldn't buy water from this place of I was dying of thirst! It's a joke! More

Respect for women buyers, no pressure, good deal I first looked at a used (demo) Subaru Ascent. Jim Carpenter was knowledgeable but laid back and let me test drive it by running an errand in the ca I first looked at a used (demo) Subaru Ascent. Jim Carpenter was knowledgeable but laid back and let me test drive it by running an errand in the car. When I came back asking if they had any others with the features I wanted and he suggested I would be better off with a new one...which I ordered the next day. No pressure, no haggling, and just exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. They even arranged to have the cream colored leather trim on the dashboard dyed to match the rest of the black dash. I have left dealerships in the past when I felt like I would have gotten better service if I had been a man. No problems at Webster Groves Subaru! More

Salesman was good but i am not satisfied with the finance The salesman Adam was great. He did wonderful job but in my case i did not get a good rate on my loan.On top of that i got loan from Huntington Bank w The salesman Adam was great. He did wonderful job but in my case i did not get a good rate on my loan.On top of that i got loan from Huntington Bank which does not have any branches near by and i have to mail in my payments. NO ONLINE OPTIONS!! I did not like this because they did not reveal anything related to the loan until i went there for the delivery. So i would say the sales guys are good but not the ones who take care of finance! More
