We have been doing business with PE Honda for many, many years, purchasing several cars there. Always WAS a great experience. As of today, NOT anymore. The Manager there now, Anthony Sherman, dishonest, years, purchasing several cars there. Always WAS a great experience. As of today, NOT anymore. The Manager there now, Anthony Sherman, dishonest, disrespectful, attitude a mile high. Doing this one time great dealership a HUGE disservice. Never going back there again. Should not put an inexperienced boy in such a role. More

This place restored my faith in humanity. I've never seen a car dealership that has better customer service and more importantly ethical selling practices than PEHonda. If you are thinking about buying from a car dealership that has better customer service and more importantly ethical selling practices than PEHonda. If you are thinking about buying from them, I can unequivocally say, "Trust them!". I only wish more businesses were like PE Honda. The short version of this review is you cannot go wrong with PEHonda even if you have to drive over an hour to get there it's worth it! Here is the story of how I know they are the best in the business: I have been in the market for a CR-V Hybrid since I found out I would be commuting approximately 400 miles a week for my job. I knew it was the worst time to buy a car with all the shortages. I just didn't know how bad it was out there. All of the five honda dealerships I've been to before I came to PEHonda (including the one I bought 4 cars from in the past), tried to take advantage of these shortages by price gouging. Many others I called wouldn't even deal with me on the phone. They wouldn't confirm whether they had the car I wanted or how much over MSRP they were going to try to sell the car. Then, by struck of luck, I called Patty Novak. I've never met a person in the car selling business as honest, straight forward, transparent and COMPETENT as Patty. She gave me the MSRP price, sent me a list of their fees broken into the smallest fractions. No surprises and no mysterious fees. She handled everything while I was still at work! I sent in the necessary documents and agreed to go at eight pm to sign and get the car. This lady is knows what she is doing and she just does it well! If more Patty Novak's ran the world, it would be a better place. Even though she had put in a full day's of work, she still called at night, on her own time, to make sure I had everything I needed. I drove 66 miles to get there and it was worth it. The car was pulled out and ready. I was met with the greatest sales person ever. Santos you are a gem! He was kind and so knowledgeable. While we waited for the finance manager to finish Santos showed me all the bells and whistles of the new car. I've never had a sales person be so through and make sure I understood all the cool features of a car before. Santos takes pride in his job and it shows! All of the staff took time to greet us. They were kind to my family. Not fake. Genuinely good people. I don't know the name of the finance manager, but he was alone at work that day because his counterpart had a family emergency. He stayed late and did the job of three people by himself. I was actually flabbergasted when I got the papers from him to sign. As I said, I am no stranger to Honda finance. I've bought and paid off 4 Hondas. Never had a finance manager worked out the total interest by year I would pay, showing that as a separate line to make sure I understood where my payments went. No mysterious fees, or additional items I don't need. Just honest to goodness good customer service. PE Honda, thank you for your ethical selling practices. The culture of transparency you create. You should be held as an example of good business practices. More

Very Smooth Transition from start to finish. Was in and out in a few hours, and there were no hidden fee's or any hidden agenda's. I put in a request for a vehicle quote before the dealership even opened a out in a few hours, and there were no hidden fee's or any hidden agenda's. Very impressed. Will be back in the future and would def. recommend to friends and family. Thanks all!! More

My first experience leasing a car through your dealership was better , I feel , because I had my brother with me. My second experience I felt taken advantage of due to the circumstances. My lease was totaled so the car was essentially purchased outright. I wanted a CRV for more room for my children. My first set of paperwork was written out for a H-RV. Mr Al Rojas blamed a vasectomy that the finance manager had recently had. He said they both had one done and maybe that’s why the paperwork was done incorrect the first time. I don’t know why he choose to share this information. I told Mr Rojas I wanted my payments around $250 , he said he couldn’t do that so my payment was $280. I look and my payments are $280.99 , insignificant but still not what I agreed to. I should have fine combed the agreement but when you’re at the dealership for 3 hours with a cranky baby , I just wanted to get out of there. The situation was definitely taken advantage of by Mr Al Rojas. I advised Mr Rojas I saw Stroudsburg Honda had a CRV for $3400 down and $189 a month. He then rushed the paperwork so I didn’t walk out since that’s what I was ready to do. My mom gave me a referral so she would get $200 for sending , which Mr Rojas said he would honor , and my mom has yet to still receive the referral bonus. I feel that had I taken a man with me this situation would have turned out COMPLETELY different. I will NEVER get another car from this dealership. Definitely a sexist dealership , I reached out and advised them on the practices of their salesman and the general manager Mr Sherman completely wrote it off and didn’t even have the decency to call , only send an email. Horrible experience overall , to be taken advantage of AND to be written off like I don’t matter. More

Went above and beyond The short version goes like this: my 2010 CR-V needed to be replaced and after a happy test drive, I was thrilled to buy a 2015 CR-V. But when I took my first long drive, my lower back acted up and only got worse over the next ten days. I called Patty Novak with my dilemma. She and David Ball went above and beyond to get me into another vehicle that would work for me. Imagine the hassle of taking back a car they just sold and having to go through the entire process of test drives (5), negotiations and financing all over again! I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. The 2017 Nissan Rogue fits the bill and the budget. Never once did they act put out or annoyed, though they probably had a right to be! So a big thank-you to PE Honda! From sales to service to financing, they really took great care of me. More
