The initial visit was to replace the stereo under warranty as the screen was delaminating. Just before the visit the locking tailgate started to fail. They returned the truck as if it was fixed but when trying it out before leaving the dealer it immediately failed. The service manager was apologetic and we have a plan to get it repaired but 1 star for the “fix” that didn’t! More
