My whole experience at Thousand Oaks was fantastic. I came in to buy parts for my new 2025 Nissan Kicks. Chris, in parts, had originally lead me in the right direction and was incredibly nice. He came out to my car to help size the different trunk covers and even offered local places where I could watch Dodger's games. Rocky, in parts, helped me through the ordering process. Rocky was amazing and very thorough. He got everything I needed and it was available the next day. Brian, in service, helped educate me on the process, why certain things needed to be done, and answered all of my billing questions. When the installation went over the estimated time, he made sure I was accommodated. Any time I left a message, he got back to me in the same day. Last is Patty, I believe in service. When my wife and I were putting in our last part, she came out to the parking lot to offer to throw away the trash from the part and offered to go get both of us waters from inside, which she did. The service at Thousand Oaks was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. More
