Customer experience is definitely a focus for them. I was amazed at how friendly the entire staff was. People that weren't even working with me were asking me how I was and seeing if I needed everythin I was amazed at how friendly the entire staff was. I gave the sales person my buying criteria, he did not try and force feed me a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. They found 2 vehicles that fit my criteria. One of which I loved so much that I left with it that evening. They gave me a very good offer for my trade in and worked to get me into a loan that was right for me.
