When I went into the dealership to get it I was greeted by several people and made to feel at home. Nick Truax handled the finance aspect of it very efficiently and courteously. Paul's follow up is superb as he contacted me several times to make sure I was happy which I am. I came from Southern NH to buy my truck because after talking to several dealers, I was determined that Paul was the person with whom I wanted to do business. Both of these gentleman treated me with the best customer service I have EVER had . Even though I bought a used vehicle , the treated me like I was buying the most expensive vehicle they had ! AND then as I was sitting at Pauls desk another salesman walked by and dropped off a bottle of water without saying a word..just smiled and continued on ..not even interrupting our conversation ! That was just a simple but impressive gesture. After the sale I was then brought around to meet Kevin at the service department whom I had met through a previous vehicle repair and let me say he was awesome as well ..he really made me feel taken care of too ! I purchased a Frontier Pro 4x from Paul before and now a 370z Roadster. This dealership is straight forward with pricing and deals fairly, The paper work at purchasing with Nick Truax was done very efficiently - no pressure to buy other add-ons, friendly, and helpful; within an hour I was driving home my new roadster. In this purchasing event, I contacted 5 dealers: three Nissan (Gates, Decormier, Hoffman), one Audi (Hoffman), and one Mercedes (New Country) on 3 different roadsters. These dealers, except Gates Nissan, either have a "cannot be bothered" attitude or just keep playing number games with me. It took Mercedes 3 weeks to return me a call, Hoffman did not even want to give me quotes, and Decormer played number games with me. I called Paul at Gates Nissan and he emailed me the pricing info in 5 minutes with the exact trim and options I asked. When I met him the next day, he located the 370z I asked in less then 2 minutes and I made the purchase on the spot. I appreciate this straight forward, honest, and professional attitude. I highly recommend this dealership. More
