Paul did a great deal explaining everything about our new Rogue. He was informed, friendly, and understood that we had a budget and did not try to talk us into extras that we couldn't afford or need. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Gates GMC. My first was an Xterra that I loved yet was totalled in a recent crash (that xterra saved my life, it was crushed but I walked away with minor s GMC. The folks at Gates helped me with my insurance problems. I told them I wanted a used Pathfinder and they did not have any on the lot or at their sister stores. They did however work hard at finding me one in New York that was perfect. Only complaint there was they told me the price of the car was nearly $21,000.00 and I agreed to purchase it. I got home and found the exact same car, Same Vin# Same Mileage, same location in New York etc for $17,995.00! $3,005 dollars less! I brought this up and was told that they purchased it through some auto mall like auction thing and not the advertised dealership. That the price listed was not the price they paid. There was also shipping and other issues etc. I still felt the inital price I paid was still a good deal but the whole $3,000 less, auto market mall or whatever made me feel a little weird. I still don't understand it. I would have liked to have seen what they paid, the costs of getting it to Gates and other fees, Just would have made me feel better. All the staff were friendly and after finding some things I did not like about the car they pledged to make it right. I have no problem returning there for a third vehicle. More

We discussed in detail before I even visted the dealership the truck and my trade. We had agreed to what we both expected.
