They take forever on servicing your vehicle especially when you have an appointment and only for oil change and having Zak-Tek coating on. I called to confirm a car shown online was there, was told it was, when i got there it wasn't there. They showed us another car. We went through the process and signed everything. The car needed to be ti told it was, when i got there it wasn't there. They showed us another car. We went through the process and signed everything. The car needed to be tinted and detailed. They called us 4 days later to tell us it was ready. When we were waiting for our salesperson, they ran our credit an additional 9times for a total of 10 hits, before they even told us anything. They then brought the finance manager and said they couldn't get the deal we signed for, andwe could take the car into our possession while they worked on getting the deal. Absolutely not. This was my daughters first car and the whole process really brought her down. In addition to all that, the salesperson we were stuck with was more interested in socializing with any young girl that walked by and was doing things incorrectly, such as telling us the car we originally wanted was there, while everyone else made excuses for him. I would never recommend this place to anyone. More
